Taking the pain out of your personal injury claim
At TJL Solicitors, we understand that if you've suffered a personal injury, whether it be in a road traffic accident, at work or through negligent cosmetic surgery, you've been through a difficult time.
Rest assured, our specialists will treat your claim sympathetically and provide you with honest, confidential and expert legal advice, no matter what you've been through.
Our no nonsense, hassle free approach will give you the peace of mind and confidence that you're receiving top quality advice and that your claim is being processed as quickly and easily as possible.
How much compensation will I receive?
Each personal injury case is different and the amount of compensation you could be awarded will depend on your individual circumstances, the seriousness of your injuries and the amount of money you've lost, for example, if you've been unable to work because of your injuries.
If you've recovered from your injuries we should be able to tell you accurately how much compensation you could receive.
If you are still suffering because of your injury, it will be more difficult to immediately assess how much money you could claim.
TJL Solicitors will arrange for you to be examined by an independent doctor and your legal expert will keep you up to date on the process of your case.
They should be able to give you a rough estimate of how much you are likely to receive as your claim progresses and show you exactly how much compensation other people in similar situations have been awarded.
Below is a list of different types of injuries and an approximate amount of compensation you could expect to receive.
