Association of Personal Injury Lawyers – APIL
TJL Solicitors are corporate accredited members of APIL. The association is dedicated to promoting the interests of accident victims and the improvement of services provided by the personal injury lawyer
Law Society Personal Injury Panel
We are accredited members of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel.
The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) operates this accreditation scheme in order to:
- Promote high standards in legal service provision
- Ensure that consumers are easily able to identify legal practitioners with proven competency in given areas of law
- Help consumers make informed choices
- Offer solicitors and firms use of a recognisable brand
- Provide information for the courts, statutory bodies and other professionals
- Ensure that scheme members maintain relevant standards of competency and expertise, by means of periodic reselection, re-accreditation and reauthorisation
We are members of MASS (Motor Accident Solicitors Society)
MASS is a national association of solicitors representing the victims of road traffic accidents. The society is non-proft making and all our members are experts in road accident and personal injury claims. MASS covers England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland
TJL Solicitors support and are actively involved with the Accident Management Association
The Association provides services to accident management companies by helping to establish a favourable operating environment, by providing a forum for discussion on non-competitive issues, and by providing information to assist them in their business.
We are working towards the LEXCEL Accreditation
LEXCEL is the quality mark developed by the Law Society of England & Wales for practices and legal departments which have been independently assessed as having achieved the Practice Management Standards. TJL Solicitors is currently working with LEXCEL to achieve this accreditation as we are committed to optimum quality standards in all aspects of service delivery for our clients and people.
