Time is on your side

Anyone who has been injured, traumatised or feels that they have been let down by negligent or mis-sold cosmetic surgery has up to three years from the date of the operation, or from when they realise there is a problem with their surgery, to launch a claim.

We handle cases from both women and men and should be able to help you if you've had your surgery in Britain or, in some cases, at a clinic abroad in another European country.
