Muhsin Jaffer won more than £3,000 compensation after launching a claim when another driver reversed into his car.

At a trial, a judge accepted that the other driver could have been drinking when he crashed into the 32-year-old's vehicle, close to a pub in Ashton-under-Lyne, Greater Manchester, in December 2005.

Thanks to TJL Solicitors Mr Jaffer was awarded £3,175 damages.
